Lady Gaga announces four UK tour dates for October

Lady Gaga has announced four UK dates as part of her 2014 European tour.
During October the singer will perform in Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow.
The final UK leg of the Artpop Ball tour will be at London’s O2 Arena on 23 October.
Gaga, 27, released her fourth studio album Applause, which went to number one in the Official Album Chart, in November. It was the follow-up to 2011’s Born This Way, which also topped the UK chart.
The European leg of Lady Gaga’s artRave: The Artpop Ball kicks off in Antwerp and will be followed by concerts in Germany, France, Ireland and Spain among other countries.
The dates follow the North American leg of the tour, which starts with seven sold-out shows at the Roseland Ballroom in New York.
Earlier this month, Lady Gaga said she was “betrayed” by people around her resulting in the delays and problems with the release of Artpop.
Her comments come as she explained that the video for her new single, Do What You Want, was behind schedule.
Last February the singer cancelled the remaining dates on her Born This Way world tour after she started experiencing pain in her hip.
She later said surgery revealed “a broken hip” and “giant craters”.
Tickets for Lady Gaga’s UK tour dates go on sale on 8 February.
